These public-site terms explain the Revenue Check and proposed sprint. A paid engagement also requires a separate signed sprint agreement.
The site is informational. The Revenue Check multiplies the number of unclosed estimates you enter by their average quoted value to show total open quoted value. It does not estimate how much revenue you will recover or guarantee any result.
Submitting the form requests a pipeline review and permits a response about that request. It does not create a customer account, activate service, send homeowner outreach, or create a charge.
14-Day Unsold Estimate Recovery Sprint — $650 one-time. If ongoing management makes sense afterward, the sprint fee is credited toward the first month. A sprint starts only after a separate agreement, verified payment, secure data intake, and required approvals. Scope and responsibilities are set out in the signed agreement.
An accepted customer receives a private payment invitation only after the signed sprint agreement, secure export, and approval contact are checked. The $650 sprint fee is nonrefundable once paid for a change of mind, customer-caused delay or cancellation, or a result below expectations. This does not limit rights required by law or rights relating to unauthorized or duplicate charges or EstimateLoop's material failure to provide the agreed service. The contractor approves eligible records, customer-facing wording, and channels. The contractor remains responsible for its pricing, quotes, scheduling, contracts, and customer service. Results vary; no specific reply or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
